Is it just me, or did the Bengals turn down an offer that could have resulted in two first-round draft picks? Are they insane?
There must be a reason, I'm sure, although don't ask me what it is.

The Bengals can't afford to pay two first round contracts, that's the primary reason. Secondly, why would we reward Chad Johnson for not living up to his contract?
